Our emerging workplace designer Lauren Taylor has been recognised by Mix Interiors as part of the Class of 2026!!

Each year Mix introduces 30 under 30 inspirational individuals setting the interior design industry alight. And this is exactly where Lauren belongs; not only is she an exceptional designer but also an outstanding collaborator, emerging leader and asset to AWW. Her trajectory is unmistakably upward, and she represents the bright, people centred future of workplace design.

Joining AWW two years ago Lauren has been shaping bold and innovative concept designs, resolving the detail and delivering projects on site with confidence.

Appearing on the 30 under 30 list of 2026, celebrates Lauren’s ability to weave creative vision with technical rigour and a deep understanding of how people experience space. She has an intuitive talent for creating workplaces that reflect brand, culture, and user needs, spaces that feel authentic, intelligent, and future focused.

Lauren has contributed to some of our most high profile interior design projects across the UK including a transformative CAT B workplace for Thames Water, and the design for the expansion of Global Radio’s iconic Leicester Square HQ in London.

Beyond her design talent, Lauren brings infectious positivity, she lifts the team on a grey Monday, inspires collaboration, and approaches every challenge with passion, energy, and generosity.

Associate Director and Interior Designer team lead Alex Carron Brown, reflects on how Lauren has gone from strength to strength over her time with us;

“Lauren is brilliant, funny, talented and an absolute asset to our team. Thanks to her hard work, attention to detail and client rapport she has supported the delivery of some of our most exciting projects yet. I can’t wait to where we go next together!”

Congratulations from all of AWW Lauren, thoroughly deserved!!!
