Bridgewater House is part of the new Finzels Reach mix-use development in Bristol City Centre. The development has over 300,000sqft of ‘Grade A’ office space, 399 high spec apartments and 87,000sqft of cafés, retail and leisure. The project comprises of both new build and conversion of Grade II listed retained structures.
