Crown Point

Forming part of the North East extension of The Duchy of Cornwall’s prestigious Poundbury development in Dorset, Crown Point provides 76 specialist retirement living units. The development is well known for its use of traditional forms and materials, and the team worked closely to develop an exemplar scheme for the over 55s; highly accessible, with semi-private courtyards and high quality internal spaces exploiting the opportunities offered by natural light, views and orientation.
