Barratt Homes approached AWW to produce a residential feasibility study and planning submission for a site formerly used as a tennis club. Our brief was to improve the site yield and create a masterplan consisting of six unique detached properties and complimented by 39 contemporary apartments arranged around a sensitively designed arts and crafts inspired landscaped courtyard.
