Onslow House

AWW was commissioned to develop concepts and an interior design scheme to bring the existing 90,600 sqft office building up to date. Onslow House is a highly prominent headquarters building in central Guildford, and the proposed refurbishment works include maximising and adding value to letting space while retaining the existing tenant in a downsized space. The building’s entrance has been transformed to create a strong identity and improve legibility on approach, with minimal work to the existing envelope.
