We are thrilled to have been awarded a position by Morgan Sindall Group plc MSLL Management Board as one of only four architects on the MSLL Architects Framework.

Our growing portfolio of extra care, care homes and later living projects that we take from the earliest concept stage through to construction, that are future proofed, sustainable and offer amenities and environments that encourage social interaction secured us our position on the framework.

Working in partnership with MSLL we will support the delivery of outstanding, cost effective and affordable extra care housing.

Combining our design skill with MSLL will enable us to address local challenges, solve problems and contribute to sustainable redevelopment. MSLL currently have over 400 units in build and a further 900 units in their pipeline for delivery over the next three years.
