In May 2021, we established our employee shareholding scheme and, in November 2021, we launched our new career framework pathways. Now we can announce the next chapter of our employee investment programme with three promotions to a new role within the business - Associate Director.

We are proud to introduce you to our first Associate Directors: Duncan Taylor, Emma Wan and Joe Oksien.

With these promotions, we are pleased to be able to honour the commitment we made last year to investing in our people, nurturing talent, and supporting professional growth.

Duncan, Emma and Joe have achieved this not only in recognition of the huge contribution they make to AWW but also because of their individual talent, skill and vision. We are excited to continue this journey with them and to see where their energy will take us.

Each of them is leading projects across different sectors and regions, gaining invaluable industry knowledge to share with the wider team. All three are creative designers with individual passions and a ‘people first’ approach who strive to achieve the utmost from every project and team.
